About the Thumpstar TSK 16 Pro Balance

Riders sit on the saddle with their feet on the ground at first, learning to balance and steer before they begin to use power. Closest alternatives by price: Bulls Tokee Ultra E-Balance 14 ($1,199), Husqvarna Factory Replica 12eDrive ($1,299) and Stacyc 12eDrive Balance Bike ($1,299).

A twist throttle or speed setting lets a parent limit how much help the motor gives as the child gains confidence. Compare the seat height and inseam range with the child’s measurements, so their feet can reach the ground flat with a slight bend in the knee.
