VALK Electric Bike

The VALK Electric Bike is a practical folding commuter eBike featuring a 250W rear hub motor, 36V 8Ah lithium-ion battery and Shimano 6-speed gearing. Its quick-folding design makes it easy to store, transport in a car boot or take on public transport, with up to 40 km of range in pedal-assist mode.

Designed for convenient everyday riding, the VALK Cityhop combines pedal-assist operation with a compact folding frame and adjustable riding position. The quick-release folding system allows the bike to be folded in around 20 seconds, making it easier to transport or store when not in use. The adjustable seat and handlebars allow the riding position to be tailored to suit riders between 155 and 180cm in height.

The 250W 36V rear hub motor provides electric assistance while the Shimano 6-speed drivetrain gives you a choice of gearing for different riding conditions. The pedal-assist system uses a cadence sensor, while the handlebar-mounted LCD display provides riding information at a glance. Assisted speed is up to 25 km/h.

With its 36V 8Ah lithium-ion battery, the VALK folding electric bike has a claimed range of up to 40 km in pedal-assist mode in typical conditions. The removable battery can be taken off the bike for charging, while the Australian Standard power plug is supplied with the included charger.

The folding design is particularly useful where storage space is limited. When folded, the bike measures approximately 42 x 89 x 63cm, making it more convenient to store at home, in a garage or in a suitable vehicle. The 20-inch tyres, urban tread and front and rear disc brakes are suited to everyday city and commuter riding.

Practical features are included throughout the Cityhop design, including front and rear LED lights, an adjustable straight handlebar, rear pannier rack and securing strap. An under-seat saddlebag provides additional space for smaller personal items, making this folding eBike a convenient option for commuting and general urban use.
